Zagazig University: A Pillar of Education in the Nile Delta

Zagazig University, a public institution located in the city of Zagazig, stands as a beacon of education in the eastern Nile Delta. Established in 1974 as an independent entity after initially serving as a branch of Ain Shams University since 1970, it has since expanded to include numerous faculties and research centers. The university's establishment was in response to the increasing demand for higher education in Egypt, and it has since become one of the largest and most prestigious universities in the country.The university comprises 23 faculties that offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. These faculties cover diverse disciplines, including medicine, engineering, agriculture, science, law, pharmacy, arts, commerce, and more.
