Car
Start your journey from Malabo, the capital of Bioko Island. Drive towards the coastal road heading south. Follow the signs for the airport, as the road continues along the coast. After approximately 45 minutes, you will reach the town of Luba. Continue driving towards the southern tip of the island, which will take about an additional 30 minutes. Look for signs directing you to the ferry terminal for Corisco. Once you arrive at the terminal, you will need to park your car in the designated area and purchase a ferry ticket. The ferry ride to Corisco takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 2000 CFA francs.
Public Transportation
From Malabo, head to the main bus station where you can catch a bus to Luba. Buses run frequently throughout the day, and the journey takes about an hour. The fare is typically around 500 CFA francs. Once you arrive in Luba, follow the signs to the ferry terminal, which is within walking distance from the bus station.
