Starting from the central market in Mbini, head north on Avenida de la Independencia towards the coastline. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la República. Turn left onto Avenida de la República and walk for another 15 minutes. You will pass various local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for local signs indicating directions to Malabo. After you reach the intersection with Calle de San Pedro, turn right. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see Iglesia de San Fernando on your left, just before the waterfront.

If renting a bicycle, start from the Mbini waterfront area. Cycle west along the coastal road, enjoying the sea breeze. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenida de la Independencia. Continue cycling for another 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la República. Turn left and cycle for another 10 minutes. Turn right onto Calle de San Pedro, and you will find Iglesia de San Fernando shortly after on your left.
