From the center of Adi Keyh, head northwest towards the main road. Walk along the main road (known locally as the 'Bisha Road') for about 1 kilometer until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path at the fork. Continue walking straight for another 2 kilometers until you see signs for Meradeki. Follow the signs which will direct you further north. You will eventually see the area of Meradeki on your left.
