Car
From Asmara, take the road heading towards Keren. After approximately 60 km, look for the signs for Lalamba. Turn onto the unpaved road at the marked junction. Continue driving for about 10 km until you reach the base of the mountain. Parking is available near the trailhead.
Public Transportation (Bus)
Catch a bus from Asmara to Keren at the main bus terminal. The fare is approximately 30 Nakfa. Once you reach Keren, you can find shared taxis or local buses that head towards Lalamba. Inform the driver of your destination. The fare for this leg is around 15 Nakfa. Once at the base of Lalamba, you may need to walk the last stretch to the trailhead.
