Starting from the Dekemhare central market, head south on the main road for about 500 meters until you reach a fork. Take the right path, which leads towards the outskirts of the town. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and small eateries. Keep an eye on the left side for a dirt path that leads into a garden area. Follow this path for another 300 meters until you see a sign indicating 'Dam DENGEL'. The entrance will be on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at Dekemhare central square. Cycle down the main street towards the south for about 1.2 kilometers, keeping to the right side of the road. Once you reach the fork, take the right path and continue cycling straight for another kilometer. Look for the dirt path on your left leading into a garden area. Cycle down this path for approximately 300 meters, and you will arrive at Dam DENGEL, marked by a welcoming sign at the entrance.
