Car
If you are traveling by car from Asmara, take the main highway heading west towards Gash-Barka Region. Continue on the highway for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the town of Barentu. Once in Barentu, follow the signs directing you towards Berakit-Abay. After about 40 kilometers, you will arrive in Berakit-Abay. Trke is located at the coordinates X548+CJ5, which is a short distance from the main road in Berakit-Abay.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start your journey at the main bus terminal in Asmara. Look for buses heading towards Barentu, which leave regularly throughout the day. The journey should take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Barentu, you will need to find a local taxi or 'bajaji' (three-wheeled vehicle) to take you to Berakit-Abay. The taxi fare should be around 20-30 Nakfa. Trke is located at X548+CJ5, and the driver should be familiar with local destinations, but it's useful to have the coordinates noted down.

If you prefer a more direct route after arriving in Barentu, you can hire a taxi to take you straight to Trke in Berakit-Abay.
