From the main town in the Dahlak Archipelago, take the main road heading towards Mitsiwa. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Mitsiwa. Look for the sign that reads 'HCCX+WRW' and turn left at the intersection. The Manzanar Project will be located about 1 kilometer down this road on your right-hand side. Parking is available near the entrance.

Board a local bus or shared taxi from the main transport hub in the Dahlak Archipelago heading towards Mitsiwa. Ensure that you inform the driver or conductor that you need to get off at the HCCX+WRW stop. The journey usually takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the traffic. Once you arrive at Mitsiwa, look for signs leading to the Manzanar Project, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Be prepared for a small fee for the bus ride, usually around 10-15 Nakfa.
