Start your journey in Mendefera by locating the main market area, which is a central point in the town. From the market, head northwest towards the main road (Asmera-Mendefera road). Continue walking along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork which will direct you towards Segheneyti. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signposts indicating the direction to Segheneyti. Keep walking straight on this road for another 3 kilometers. As you approach Segheneyti, look for a local bus station on your right – this is a good landmark. Continue past the bus station for about 500 meters until you reach the location of ግራት ማርያም, which is situated at W6X2+96V. You will know you are near when you see local shops and small eateries around.
