Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Asmara, the capital city of Eritrea. Take the main road heading towards Massawa. After approximately 50 km, look for signs leading to the town of Keren. Continue on this road for about 70 km until you reach Keren. From Keren, follow the signs to Cabuia, which is about 30 km away. Once you arrive in Cabuia, navigate to the coordinates H3RM+3MW (14.5902478, 40.0842116) using your GPS. The destination, Abaededsee, is located in the outskirts of Cabuia.
Public Transportation
To reach Abaededsee via public transportation, take a bus from Asmara to Massawa. Buses leave frequently from the central bus station. The journey takes about 1.5 hours and costs approximately 50 Nakfa. Once in Massawa, transfer to a bus heading to Keren. After about 1 hour, you will reach Keren. From Keren, you can catch a minibus to Cabuia, which will cost around 30 Nakfa and takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival in Cabuia, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the coordinates H3RM+3MW (14.5902478, 40.0842116) to reach Abaededsee.
