Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from towns in Western Eritrea such as Adi Keyh or Mendefera, take the main highway towards Asmara. The journey typically takes around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Upon reaching Asmara, head towards the city center and look for Bdho Street. The Eritrea Visit office is located in the Raza Building on the first floor, which is a prominent structure in the area.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  You can catch a bus from various towns in Western Eritrea, including Adi Keyh or Mendefera, to Asmara. Buses usually depart from designated bus stations and the fare ranges from 20 to 50 Nakfa depending on your departure point. Once you arrive in Asmara, ask locals for directions to the city center and proceed to Bdho Street. The Raza Building is well-known, making it easier to ask for assistance if needed.

• Taxi

  After arriving in Asmara via bus or if you prefer a direct route, you can hire a taxi. Taxis are available at bus stations and around the city. The fare to Raza Building on Bdho Street should be around 100 Nakfa. Ensure to negotiate the price before getting into the taxi.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of the city center in Asmara, walking to the Raza Building is quite feasible. From the main square in Asmara, head north towards Bdho Street. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Look for local signs or ask for directions to the Raza Building if you are unsure.
