If you are starting from the Haapsalu city center, head towards the main street, Rüütli. Walk along Rüütli until you reach the intersection with Tallinna Street. Turn right onto Tallinna Street and continue walking straight. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the end of Tallinna Street, where it turns into a pathway leading towards the beach. Continue onto the pathway, which will lead you to the coastal promenade. Follow the promenade until you reach the point where you can see a small hill in the distance. That is Võllamägi. From the promenade, look for a path that leads up the hill and follow it to reach the top of Võllamägi.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Haapsalu. Start your ride from the city center heading towards the main street, Rüütli. Proceed along Rüütli and turn right onto Tallinna Street. Continue straight until you reach the coastal pathway. Follow the coastal pathway towards the beach and keep an eye out for the hill in the distance, which is Võllamägi. As you approach the area, there should be bicycle-friendly paths leading up the hill. Park your bicycle at the base of Võllamägi and walk up the remaining distance to the top.
