If you're traveling by car, head towards Tallinn city center. From any point in Harju County, follow the signs for Tallinn. Once you reach the city, look for signs directing you to Kesklinn. Navigate to Lossi plats, which is located just off Toompea Hill. There is limited parking available around the area, so be prepared to park a short walk away from the cathedral.
Public Transportation
To reach Alexander Nevsky Cathedral by public transportation, find a bus or tram that heads to the Tallinn city center. If you're starting from outside the city, you can take a train or bus to the Tallinn Central Station. From the station, take tram number 1 or 3 towards 'Kadriorg' or 'Tallinn University', respectively. Get off at 'Toompea' stop. From there, it's a short 5-7 minute walk up Toompea Hill to Lossi plats, where the cathedral is located.
