If you're traveling by car, head towards Tallinn city center. From the main roads in Harju County, take the E263 or E20 highway towards Tallinn. Once you reach the city, follow the signs for 'Kesklinn' (City Center). Upon arriving in the city center, look for Vabaduse väljak (Freedom Square). Freedom Gallery is located at Vabaduse väljak 6. There is public parking available in the vicinity, but be aware of parking fees which can range from €1 to €3 per hour.

For public transportation, take a bus from your location in Harju County to Tallinn. Buses to Tallinn can be caught from various towns in Harju County, such as Keila or Maardu. Once you arrive at the Tallinn bus station, walk to the nearby tram stop and take tram number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Vabaduse väljak' stop, and you will find Freedom Gallery at Vabaduse väljak 6. A single bus ticket costs approximately €2.00.
