If you're driving, start by heading towards Tallinn city center. Use GPS navigation to input 'Kohtu tn 12, 10130 Tallinn'. Once you reach the city, look for signs pointing to the Old Town. You can park at the nearest parking lots, such as the 'Rotermann Quarter Parking', which is about a 15-minute walk to the viewing platform. From there, walk towards the Old Town, and follow the signs to Toompea Hill and then to Kohtuotsa viewing platform, which is located at the end of Kohtu street.
Public Transportation
To reach Kohtuotsa viewing platform using public transportation, take bus number 21 or tram number 1 or 2 from any point in Harju County heading towards Tallinn. Get off at 'Tallinn, Viru' stop. From there, walk towards the Old Town. Head up the hill through the cobbled streets until you reach Toompea Hill. Follow the signs leading to the Kohtuotsa viewing platform, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town center.
