If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Tallinn. From the center of Tallinn, take the Tartu mnt/A2 road. Continue on this road for about 5 km, then take the exit for Järvevana tee. Follow Järvevana tee until you reach Filmi street. Turn left onto Filmi street and you will find Lookout at Filmi 12, 10159 Tallinn. There is on-street parking available nearby, but make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.
