If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to Muuga, Harju County. From the center of Tallinn, take the Tartu maantee / E263 road towards Muuga. Continue on E263 until you reach the Muuga crossroads. At the crossroads, follow the signs to Muuga and take a right turn onto Muuga tee. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will arrive at Muuga Kabelikivi, located at coordinates 59.4868929, 24.9482049. There is usually parking available near the site.

For those using public transportation, start from Tallinn's bus terminal (Tallinna Bussijaam). Take bus number 2 or 28 to the 'Muuga' stop. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Muuga stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers towards Muuga Kabelikivi. Follow the Muuga tee road, and it will lead you directly to the site. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips, as service may be limited in the evenings.

For the adventurous, cycling to Muuga Kabelikivi is a great option. From Tallinn, head towards the east along the coastal bike paths. Follow the signs towards Muuga, which is about 15 kilometers from the city center. The route is mostly flat and scenic, taking you along the coastline. Once you reach Muuga, the boulder is easily accessible from the main road. Ensure you have a bike lock and be aware of traffic as you approach Muuga.
