From anywhere in Harju County, head towards Tallinn. If you're coming from the north, take the E263 highway towards Tallinn. If you're coming from the south, you can take the E67 road. Once you reach Tallinn, follow signs for 'Kesklinn' (City Center). As you enter the city, look for 'Rahukohtu' street. The Patkuli Viewing Platform is located at Rahukohtu 5. There is parking available nearby, but it can be limited, so plan to arrive early or be prepared to walk a bit.

If you're using public transportation, take a bus or tram that heads to Tallinn city center. You can find buses and trams at various points in Harju County. Once you arrive at the central bus station or the main tram stops in Tallinn, look for tram line 1 or 3. Get off at the 'Viru' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Patkuli Viewing Platform. Head towards the Old Town and follow the signs to 'Toompea Hill.' The viewing platform is on the eastern side of the hill, and you will see signs directing you to it.
