If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Tallinn. From the center of Tallinn, take the Tartu maantee (Route 2) heading northeast. After approximately 7 km, follow signs for Pirita and merge onto Pirita tee. Continue straight for about 4 km until you reach Jõesuu tee.
