If you're driving, head towards Tallinn. Depending on your starting point in Harju County, take the main road leading to the city center. Once you arrive in Tallinn, follow the signs for Pirita. You will want to take Pirita tee, which is a major road that leads to the memorial. After approximately 3 kilometers on Pirita tee, you will see the Rusalka Memorial on your right, located at Pirita tee 1. There is on-street parking available nearby.

To reach the Rusalka Memorial by public transport, start by taking a bus from your location in Harju County to Tallinn city center. Look for buses that head towards the central bus terminal (Tallinna Bussijaam). From the bus terminal, you can take bus number 34A or 1A towards Pirita. Get off at the 'Rusalka' bus stop, which is conveniently located near the memorial. The memorial will be a short walk from the bus stop, just a minute away along Pirita tee.
