As you approach the city center, take the exit for 'Tartu mnt' and then turn onto 'Estonia pst'. The Estonian National Opera is located at Estonia pst 4, 10148 Tallinn. There is paid parking available nearby, so be prepared for parking fees which can vary between €1 to €3 per hour.
