    If you're driving, take the E263 highway (Tallinn-Narva) from any major point in Harju County. Exit at the Jägala exit and follow the signs towards Jägala-Joa. Drive along Kubja tee for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the Jägala waterfall parking area. Parking is available nearby, and there are no fees for parking.

Once you arrive at the Jägala bus stop, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the waterfall. Head towards Kubja tee, following the road signs for Jägala-Joa.
