Once you reach Tallinn, follow signs for the city center. As you approach the city, take the exit towards 'Kesklinn' (city center) and continue on Tartu maantee. Turn left onto Rüütli street, then take a right onto Pikk street. Continue straight until you reach Pagari 1. The KGB Prison Cells are located at Pagari 1, Pikk 59, 10133 Tallinn.
