To reach Kohtuotsa viewing platform via public transportation, take tram number 1 or 2 from various stops in Harjumaa towards 'Tallinn City Center'. Get off at 'Vabaduse väljak' stop. From there, walk towards the Old Town, following the signs for 'Tallinn Old Town'. Continue towards Kohtu tn, which will take you approximately 10-15 minutes on foot. The viewing platform is located at Kohtu tn 12, and you will see signs directing you to it as you approach the area.
