If you are traveling by car, head towards Tallinn city center. From the main road (E263), take the exit towards Kesklinn. Follow the signs for 'Tallinn Old Town'. As you approach the Old Town area, look for Kohtu tn (Kohtu Street). There are parking options available nearby, such as the 'Keskuse' parking garage. Once parked, walk up to Kohtu tn 12, where the Kohtuotsa viewing platform is located. The entrance is a short walk from the street.

To reach Kohtuotsa viewing platform via public transportation, take tram number 1 or 2 from various stops in Harjumaa towards 'Tallinn City Center'. Get off at 'Vabaduse väljak' stop.
