If you're driving, start from the center of Tallinn. Head south on Narva maantee towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Vabaduse väljak. Take the second exit onto Tõnismägi Street. Follow Tõnismägi Street and turn left onto Linda Street. The Linda Monument will be on your right at the end of the park.
