    If you are driving, start from the center of Tallinn. Head east on Laikmaa Street towards the intersection with Narva Road. Turn left onto Narva Road (E263) and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Follow the signs for Pirita and merge onto Pirita Road (Pirita tee). Continue on Pirita Road for approximately 5 kilometers. You will see Rusalka Memorial on your right side at the address Pirita tee 1, 10127 Tallinn. There is parking available nearby.

    To reach Rusalka Memorial using public transport, make your way to the Tallinn Bus Station or any central tram station. Take tram number 1 or 3 towards the Pirita area. If you are on tram number 1, get off at the stop called 'Rusalka.' If you are on tram number 3, transfer to bus number 21 at the 'Pirita' terminus towards 'Kloostrimetsa' and get off at 'Rusalka' stop. From either stop, it is a short walk to the memorial located at Pirita tee 1.
