If you are traveling by car, you can use a GPS navigation system or a mapping app. Start by heading towards Tallinn City Center. From there, take the E263 towards Paldiski. After about 7 km, take the exit towards Ehitajate tee. Continue on Ehitajate tee and follow the signs to Tallinn Zoo located at Paldiski maantee 145, Ehitajate tee 150. There is parking available at the zoo, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

To reach Tallinn Zoo via public transport, you can take bus number 21 from the Tallinn city center. Board the bus at the 'Tallinn, Viru' stop. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Tallinn Zoo' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance of the zoo. Make sure to check the current bus schedule for times, as they may vary.

Public Transportation - Tram and Walk
Another option is to take tram number 3 from the city center. Board at 'Tallinn, Hobujaama' and travel towards 'Kadriorg'. Get off at 'Ehitajate tee' stop. From the tram stop, it's about a 15-minute walk to the zoo. Follow Ehitajate tee and look for signs directing you to the zoo entrance. This route allows you to explore the surrounding area on foot.
