If you're driving from anywhere in Harjumaa, take the E263 highway towards Tallinn. Follow the signs for 'Tallinn Kesklinn' and merge onto the T1 road. Continue on T1, which will lead you into the center of Tallinn. Once in the city, follow the signs to the old town and look for Pikk street. The Estonian Maritime Museum is located at Pikk 70, 10133 Tallinn. Parking is available nearby, but be aware of local parking regulations. Expect to pay for parking in the area.
