    If you are traveling by car, start from Tallinn and take the E263 highway (Tallinn-Narva) heading east. Continue for about 20 km until you reach the exit for Jägala-Joa. Follow the signs to Jägala waterfall. The address is Kubja tee, Jägala-Joa, 74212 Harju maakond. There is free parking available near the waterfall.

    To reach Jägala waterfall via public transport, take a bus from Tallinn's central bus station (Tallinna Bussijaam) to Jõelähtme. Buses leave frequently and the trip takes approximately 30 minutes. Once in Jõelähtme, transfer to a local bus heading to Jägala-Joa. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the exact times. After arriving in Jägala-Joa, it's a short 10-minute walk to the waterfall, following the signs along Kubja tee.
