Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the capital of Hiiumaa, Kärdla. Head southeast on Tallinna Highway (E263) for approximately 25 kilometers. You will then take a right turn onto Tärkma Road (Tärkma tee) and follow it for about 3 kilometers until you reach Tärkma village. The Tärkma ohvritamm is located in the village, at the coordinates 58.7031403, 22.6023283. There is free parking available near the site.
Public Transportation
To reach Tärkma ohvritamm using public transportation, first take a bus from Kärdla to Tärkma. You can check the local bus schedule for the most current times, as they may vary. Once you arrive at the Tärkma bus stop, it's a short walk of about 1 kilometer to the Tärkma ohvritamm, following Tärkma Road (Tärkma tee) towards the village center.
