If you are driving, start from the center of Kärdla, the capital of Hiiumaa. Head south on the main road (Tallinna–Kärdla Road, also known as Route 10). Continue straight for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Pühalepa. Once in Pühalepa, turn left onto the road signposted for Roograhu (Hiiessare küla). Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at Roograhu Port Ltd. The port will be on your right-hand side. Look for parking areas near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Roograhu Port Ltd. using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Kärdla to Pühalepa. Buses run regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Check the local bus schedule for exact departure times.
