If you are driving from Jõgeva town center, head east on Tallinna mnt (Route 1) for about 1.5 km. Turn left onto Põltsamaa mnt and continue for about 500 meters. Hea linna vaim will be on your right, located in a small park area. There is free parking available on the street nearby.
