Car
From Jõgeva, take the Tartu highway (Route 2) heading towards Tartu. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout near the town of Tartu, take the first exit onto Route 4 towards Tallinn. After about 25 kilometers, exit onto Route 11 towards Voore. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you see signs directing you to Kiltsi Manor. The manor is located at Liivaküla, 46218 Lääne-Viru County, and is well-marked.
