Car
From Kuressaare Castle, head east on Lossi Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Tallinna Street (Route 10). Turn left onto Tallinna Street and continue for approximately 3 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kudjape Road. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Kudjape-Upa terviserada. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the parking area near the entrance.

From Kuressaare Castle, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Lossi Street. Take bus number 3 towards Kudjape. The bus should arrive approximately every 30 minutes. After a short ride of about 15 minutes, get off at the Kudjape stop. From the bus stop, walk about 500 meters to the entrance of Kudjape-Upa terviserada, following the directional signs.
