Start at the Kuressaare Town Hall, which is located at Tallinna 1. From the Town Hall, head southeast towards the main street, and turn left onto Tallinna Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Aia Street. Turn right onto Aia Street, and keep walking until you see the Saaremaa Museum on your left. Continue past the museum, and follow the road to the right onto Vana-Sadama Street. After about 500 meters, you will see a park on your left. The Kuressaare teise mudaravila asukoht ja mälestuskivi is located within this park area, near the coast.
