If you are driving from Kuressaare Castle, head southwest on Castle Street (Lossi Street) and continue onto Tallinna Street. Follow this road for approximately 19 kilometers. You will then turn left onto the road signposted for Leisi. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers, and you will see signs for Angla Windmill Park. Turn right onto Angla village road and follow the signs to the park entrance. Note that parking is available on-site, and there may be a small fee for parking.

To reach Angla Windmill Park via public transportation, first, find the nearest bus stop to Kuressaare Castle. Take bus number 21 towards Leisi. The bus will take you directly to Leisi village. Once you arrive in Leisi, you will need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to Angla Windmill Park. Follow the signs leading to Angla village, and you will find the park. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as buses may not run frequently.
