Walking
Start at the Kuressaare Town Hall located at Tallinna 7, Kuressaare. Head northeast on Tallinna street towards the Kuressaare Castle. After you reach the castle, continue walking along the waterfront promenade, following the signs leading to the beach. This scenic route will take you past beautiful views of the sea. Upon reaching the beach area, head west towards the Panga road. You will come across a bus stop marked 'Panga'. From there, follow the road signs indicating the direction to Panga Lighthouse. The walk to the lighthouse is approximately 1.5 km and will take you through lovely coastal scenery.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from any of the rental shops in Kuressaare. Start from the city center and head towards the Kuressaare Castle, then continue along the waterfront promenade. Once you reach the beach, head west towards the Panga road. Cycling along this route is pleasant and will lead you directly to Panga Lighthouse, which is about 5 km from the center of Kuressaare. There are bike paths available for a safer ride.
Public Transport
To reach Panga Lighthouse using public transport, you can take a bus from the Kuressaare bus station. Check the local bus schedule for routes heading towards Panga. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the nearest stop to the lighthouse. Once you get off at the Panga stop, follow the signs for Panga Lighthouse, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
