If you are in the center of Kärdla, start at the Kärdla Town Hall located on Kooli Street. Head north on Kooli Street towards Tartu Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Vabrikuväljak. Turn left onto Vabrikuväljak. Walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will see Kårdla vana elektrijaam on your right at Vabrikuväljak 10. It's a notable building, so you won’t miss it.

From Kärdla's central square, rent a bicycle from a local rental service. Head northwest on Kooli Street until you reach the intersection with Tartu Street. Turn left onto Tartu Street and continue until you reach Vabrikuväljak. Turn right onto Vabrikuväljak and cycle straight for approximately 500 meters. Kårdla vana elektrijaam will be on your right at Vabrikuväljak 10. Be mindful of pedestrian paths while cycling.
