Walking
Start at the Kärdla bus station. Exit the station and head northeast on Tallinna street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kooli street. Turn left onto Kooli street and follow it until you reach the Tõrva street. At the Tõrva street, turn right and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Aia street, which will become a rural road. Keep walking straight for about 6 km until you reach Mägipe village. From Mägipe, follow the signs to Kõpu Lighthouse, which is located approximately 2 km away. The lighthouse will be visible from the path.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Kärdla. Begin your journey at the Kärdla bus station. Head northeast on Tallinna street, then make a left onto Kooli street. Continue until you reach the intersection with Tõrva street. Turn right onto Tõrva street and cycle straight to the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Aia street; this will turn into a rural road. Keep cycling along this road for about 6 km until you reach Mägipe village. From Mägipe, follow the signs to Kõpu Lighthouse, which is about 2 km away. The ride offers beautiful landscapes along the way.
