Start at the Kärdla Town Hall (Kärdla Raekoda), located at Rüütli 8. Head southeast on Rüütli Street towards the intersection with Pikk Street. Turn left onto Pikk Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kooli Street. Turn right onto Kooli Street and follow it until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will see a small park area. Continue walking through the park; the Kärdla külakiik is located at the edge of the park, easily visible and accessible.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at Kärdla Town Hall (Rüütli 8). Head southeast on Rüütli Street towards Pikk Street. Turn left onto Pikk Street and ride straight until you reach Kooli Street. Turn right onto Kooli Street and cycle to the end. At the park’s entrance, secure your bicycle and walk the remaining distance to Kärdla külakiik, which is located just beyond the park area.
