From Kärdla town center, start at the Kärdla Bus Station. Head southwest on Aia Street towards Suur-Peetri Street. Continue straight onto Pikk Street, passing by local shops and cafés. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Ranna Street. Turn left onto Ranna Street and follow it until you reach the shore of the Kärdla Bay. At the waterfront, take the footpath along the coast heading northwest. After about 1 km, you will see a sign for Ülendi ohvripärn. Follow the signs leading you through the woods for approximately 1.5 km. The historical landmark will be on your right.

If you're comfortable biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Kärdla. Start at the Kärdla Bus Station and head southwest on Aia Street, then continue onto Pikk Street. After about 2 km, you will come to a fork where you should take the road towards the coast. Follow the coastal road until you find the signs directing you to Ülendi ohvripärn. The ride is scenic and takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you spot the landmark, you can park your bike nearby.
