From the center of Haapsalu, take the E263 towards Tallinn. Continue on E263 for about 30 km until you reach the junction with the road leading to Türisalu. Turn onto the smaller road leading to Türisalu and follow the signs. The cliff is located near the end of Hallikasalu tee. There is free parking available near the cliff.

To reach Türisalu by public transportation, take a bus from Haapsalu to Tallinn. From the Tallinn bus station, transfer to a local bus heading to Türisalu. Bus number 138 operates this route. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. Once you arrive at the Türisalu stop, walk approximately 1 km down Hallikasalu tee to reach the cliff. Be aware that tickets for the bus may range from €3 to €5 depending on your starting point.
