Depending on where you are, you may need to take either the E263 or E20 highways to reach Tallinn. Follow the signs for Tallinn and merge onto the respective highway. Once you approach Tallinn, use the exit toward 'Kesklinn' (City Center). Continue on Narva maantee, and then take a left onto Rahukohtu street. The Government Office of Estonia will be located at Rahukohtu 3, on your right. Parking may be limited, so look for designated parking areas nearby, which may involve additional costs.
