If you are starting from Tallinn's Old Town, head towards the Viru Gate, which is one of the main entrances to the Old Town. From there, walk straight down Viru Street until you reach the intersection with Kullassepa Street. Turn right onto Kullassepa Street and continue until you reach the end of the street. Then turn left onto Pärnu Road (Pärnu maantee). After walking a few minutes, you will see a large park area on your right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Narva Road. Turn right on Narva Road and walk until you reach the vicinity of the address 10130 Tallinn, where Stephen the Seagull is located. You will find him near the waterfront, so keep an eye out for the large seagull statue.
