Getting there

Walking

From Haapsalu Castle, exit the castle grounds and head southeast towards the main road, Rüütli Street. Continue walking straight along Rüütli Street for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Kooli Street. Turn left onto Kooli Street and walk for approximately 200 meters. The Haapsalu raekoda (Town Hall) will be on your left at Kooli 2. Look for the historic building with a distinctive facade.

Driving

If you are driving from Haapsalu Castle, exit the castle area and turn right onto Rüütli Street. Continue straight for about 300 meters, then turn left onto Kooli Street. Drive for another 200 meters, and you will find Haapsalu raekoda on your left at Kooli 2. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking regulations.

Public Transportation

While Haapsalu is a small town where most attractions are within walking distance, if you prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus from the Haapsalu Bus Station. Board a bus heading towards the town center and disembark at the nearest stop to Kooli Street. From the bus stop, it is a short 5-minute walk to Haapsalu raekoda.
