Continue walking straight along Rüütli Street for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Kooli Street. Turn left onto Kooli Street and walk for approximately 200 meters. The Haapsalu raekoda (Town Hall) will be on your left at Kooli 2. Look for the historic building with a distinctive facade.

If you are driving from Haapsalu Castle, exit the castle area and turn right onto Rüütli Street. Continue straight for about 300 meters, then turn left onto Kooli Street.
