If you are driving from anywhere in Lääne County, start by getting onto the E263 highway towards Tallinn. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue on this route for approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on your starting point. As you approach Tallinn, take the exit towards Narva mnt/A1. Continue on Narva mnt until you reach Viru väljak. Hotel Viru & KGB Museum will be on your right at Viru väljak 4. Parking is available in nearby parking garages, but you may incur parking fees, usually around €2-€3 per hour.
