From Lääne County, head towards Tallinn on the E263 highway. Continue on E263 until you reach the exit for Tallinn city center. Once in Tallinn, follow signs for Pirita. Merge onto Kloostrimetsa tee, and drive approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the Tallinn TV Tower located at Kloostrimetsa tee 58a, 15026 Tallinn. There is parking available at the TV Tower, which may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Lääne County to Tallinn. Buses run frequently from various towns in Lääne County to Tallinn's central bus station (Tallinna Bussijaam). Once in Tallinn, you can take bus number 34A towards 'Pirita' from the bus station. Get off at the 'Kloostrimetsa tee' stop, which is a short walk from the Tallinn TV Tower located at Kloostrimetsa tee 58a, 15026 Tallinn.
