Follow the signs for Tallinn, and as you approach the city, take the exit toward Kesklinn. The bus services such as Lux Express and Simple Express operate frequent routes to Tallinn and the journey takes approximately 1-2 hours depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Tallinn's central bus station, you can take tram number 1 or 3 towards the city center and get off at 'Vabaduse väljak' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Toompea, which is about 1 km away. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the central bus station directly to Toompea, which would cost around €5-€10.
