From the center of Rakvere, head south on the E20 highway towards Tallinn. Continue on E20 for approximately 20 kilometers. Take the exit toward Tamsalu (Road 16) and follow the signs for Tamsalu. After about 15 kilometers, take a right onto Jõeküla road (signs may indicate Jõeküla or Purskav allikas). Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach Purskav allikas, located in Jõeküla, 73014 Järva County. Parking is available near the site.

From Rakvere, take a bus heading towards Tamsalu. Buses depart regularly from the Rakvere bus station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Tamsalu bus station. From Tamsalu, you can either take a taxi or use local rideshare services to Jõeküla, which is about 10 kilometers away. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they can take you to Purskav allikas specifically.
