Car
If you are driving from any location in Lääne-Virumaa, head towards Tallinn by taking the E263 highway. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue for approximately 80 kilometers. Upon reaching Tallinn, take the exit towards the city center. Continue on Liivalaia Street, then turn right onto Vabaduse väljak. Freedom Square will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but please note that there may be parking fees.
Public Transportation
To reach Freedom Square via public transportation, take a bus or train to Tallinn from your location in Lääne-Virumaa. Buses can be boarded at various bus stations, and you can check schedules at the local station. Once you arrive in Tallinn, head to the central bus station or Tallinn railway station. From there, take tram number 3 or 4 towards the city center and get off at the 'Vabaduse väljak' stop. Freedom Square will be directly in front of you. Be sure to purchase a ticket before boarding, which typically costs around €2.50.
